Kenmar General Contracting, LLC is a Design-Build Certified General Contracting firm founded and headquartered in Key West, Florida. Our core competency is the renovation of existing structures including historic buildings. As such, Kenmar GC also holds a Florida Asbestos Contractor License and EPA Lead-Safe Renovator Certification. Kenmar GC has excellent past performance in Federal Design-Build renovation requirements for numerous agencies within the U.S DOD and DHS. We are expert at constructing and renovating structures in the residential, commercial and Government sectors to meet strict wind and flood zone regulations while maximizing energy efficiency goal achievement.

Our company was founded in 2002 by Vicki Marino who was the first licensed female General Contractor in Monroe County, Florida. Our senior management team members have been promoted from within and are skilled in all aspects of construction, safe construction practices and the implementation of quality control principles. Our core philosophy is to lead by example and our continued success is due to the construction knowledge and skills of our Project Managers, Superintendents, Safety Officers and Quality Control Managers.
